Worldwide delivery
- • We ship everywhere we legally can, from our workshop in Hong Kong.
- • Orders are packed within two working days and handed to a tracked courier.
- • Delivery normally lands around 7 days after dispatch, give or take a couple of days depending on customs.
- • Tracked shipping is free on every order, worldwide.
Packaging
- • Loose consoles are repackaged as new: anti-static bag, foam inserts, a custom RTRBAY box.
- • Collector items keep their original box and are double-boxed with foam corners.
- • Cables and pads are bagged separately so they don't scuff the shell in transit.
- • Every parcel carries a printed condition report and warranty card.
Duties and taxes
- • Tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so the total you see is the total you pay.
- • Where import duties apply and cannot be prepaid, the courier will contact you directly.
- • We declare goods honestly as refurbished retro video game hardware.
Warranty and returns
- • Consoles carry a 6 to 12-month workshop warranty depending on the model.
- • Change of mind? Return an unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
- • If a machine fails inside its warranty, we repair it or replace it; we cover return postage on faults.
- • Contact us with your order email address to start a return.
